Greetings
We are excited to work with you and are honored you have chosen Zoom's Developer Ecosystem! As we begin the process of reviewing your app, we want to set expectations for how we will work with you and when you can expect your app to be approved and ready for distribution. Our Marketplace review is a two phase process which includes usability, compliance, meta data review and security review ||

https://developers.zoom.us/docs/distribute/app-review-process/ || https://developers.zoom.us/docs/distribute/app-submission/common-rejection-issues/ || https://developers.zoom.us/docs/distribute/app-submission/check-review-status/ ||

Review time varies by app based on app usability, quantity and complexity of features, scope selection, and quality of app listing information. Testing time is typically the shortest for apps with a clear test plan, properly defined scopes and quality metadata. Conversely, apps with heavy feature requirements, poor usability, or sub-standard metadata content can require a lengthy review process.

When usability, compliance, meta data review is complete, we will queue your application for security review. It might take 72 business hours for the first response, once the app enters the queue of each team. When we return the app to you for corrections, it is in your hands to resubmit after making changes.

Test Plan & App Credentials - Blocker to test
Please provide a test plan for Zoom reviewers (in English) with a step-by-step guide including thorough steps through app authorization, each scope used, and all functionality an end user will be exposed to when using this app. This step by step guide can be a document (google drive, confluence etc.), a demo video (Zoom Clip or screen recording), or an interactive step guide (Scribe).

You can add a link to this document in the release notes of your next submission.You can read more about this requirement here: https://devforum.zoom.us/t/what-is-a-test-plan-and-how-should-you-approach-creating-it/75646.

Please also provide test credentials so we can verify the new scopes you’ve requested for this integration. Make sure your environment is using the Production Client ID during the authorization process.

Unique Dev / Prod Redirect URLs - Recommended
While not required for the initial publishing request, we recommend you use and input a staging site in the dev redirect URL fields as this will help you test new features you may add to your app. Please provide separate redirection URLs for the Development and Production environments respectively for use in your app and ensure locations are not hosted locally (localhost). Currently, one URL is being used for both environments. A separate Development environment/site will be required for future update requests should you choose to change your app scope once published.
